NHS Grampian has signed up to the Care Opinion website.

 

If you've experienced health care recently, either as a patient yourself or as a carer or friend of someone else, please tell us how it was. What was good? What could have been better?

Care Opinion is the UK's leading independent, non-profit feedback website.  Through this website patients and carers can share their stories, experiences and thoughts online.  This is another way for you to let us know what they think of the services they receive.

Your story will be handled confidentially by Care Opinion. Your story may appear (without your name) on their website.

Care Opinion will ask us to respond to the feedback you share, but they will not reveal your identity to us.

This is just another way we seek to be 'Caring - Listening - Improving' as we will use all feedback to help improve our services to make them the best they can be for the people of Grampian.
