Welcome to Speak Up Week 2023
Speak Up Week is back for its second year and will run from 2nd to 6th October 2023. The theme of the week this year is ‘Learning from Concerns’ and we encourage everyone to get involved to help encourage a good speak up culture.
During the week we will be sharing information about the ways in which NHS Grampian is working across the organisation to learn from concerns and promote a culture of ‘speak up’ and we encourage you to think about how you can engage with your colleagues, in your teams and in your services around these themes.
