NHS Grampian’s Plan for the Future sets out the direction for 2022-2028 and provides a framework for our Delivery Plan and other key plans to be aligned to, ensuring that our strategic intent becomes a reality.
Our Three Year Delivery Plan for 2023-26 has been endorsed by the NHS Grampian Board and signed off by Scottish Government in August 2023.
