The NHS Grampian board has endorsed the Three-Year Delivery Plan.

Our current Three Year Delivery Plan covers the period from April 2024 to March 2027. Our priorities are focussed around People, Places and Pathways and will also support delivery of the Scottish Government Drivers for Recovery.

Our plan will help us achieve more sustainable health and care by 2032. These ambitions are described in more detail within this section What We Intend To Do (nhsgrampian.org)

This plan sets out what we will focus on, what will be different by March 2027 and the detailed actions for the coming year.
