VISION FOR DIABETES CARE IN GRAMPIAN  2023 - 2030

The Grampian Diabetes Managed Clinical Network (MCN) has developed a Vision for Diabetes Care in Grampian to address the challenges we now face. The vision is aligned to national improvement and development frameworks and adopts the ambitions set out in the NHS Grampian Plan for the Future.
