Within the Nursing and Midwifery community we collaborated with Estates and Facilities and undertook a staff satisfaction survey. A total of 8999 staff were included and we had a response rate of 53%. We utilised an external vendor called Best Practice Australia and they were able to supply us with dashboards during survey time which our teams accessed and in-depth reports for our teams post survey, both qualitative and quantitative data included. Results were shared with teams who subsequently created Stop Start Keep plans which as suggested ensured they continued with the best, perhaps stopped some unhelpful work and started some new to improve current culture. Coaching was offered along with several "getting ready for your results" sessions. Nursing and Midwifery plan to repeat this process to ensure we progress and support our teams on their culture journey.
