The Plan for the Future articulates an ambition to work in equal partnership with colleagues and citizens to develop a more preventative and sustainable system in Grampian. To achieve this ambition, it is recognised that effective engagement cannot belong solely to the remit of a specialist engagement team but requires commitment and action at all levels within the organisation.
The Putting People First approach begins a systemic shift in how we welcome, involve and invite all colleagues and citizens to contribute to improving services and help shape the future of health and care in Grampian.
It recognised that this is a long-term commitment and to succeed, this must be done collaboratively with Community Planning Partnerships, Health and Social Care Partnerships, third sector, staff and all of our communities.
