How can I get involved?

This approach is not set in stone and we will be evolving how we take things forward through conversations with people across the system.  If you/your team or community group would like to get involved in any aspect described above or you have ideas to share please email to join the community of collaborators:gram.puttingpeoplefirst@nhs.scot

  • We will share monthly updates in the Daily Brief to highlight specific opportunities as they come up for staff and partners to get involved. If you like to receive these updates directly, please contact: gram.puttingpeoplefirst@nhs.scot
  • If you have some good practice about involving people which you’d like to share, the Grampian Engagement Network (GEN) is a space for shared learning and collaboration for people who are involved in listening to feedback in their day-to-day roles.  To join this space contact: gram.gen@nhs.scot
  • We have created a Community of Practice around Community Appointment Days, where we share everything we know about CADs from elsewhere and locally which you can join by contacting: gram.puttingpeoplefirst@nhs.scot
  • A Community of Practice is being developed around how we research and evaluate lived experience.  To note your interest in this contact:  gram.puttingpeoplefirst@nhs.scot
  • Putting People First Oversight Group – we have a Putting People First oversight group in place to help us shape the approach collaboratively. This includes representatives from NHS, HSCPs, CPPs, third sector and clinicians to try and ensure we take this forward as a true whole system.
