Themes of Engagement

 

Although we had two phases of engagement in 2021, we’ve always said these were just the start of our conversations with our staff, public and partners to shape where we want to be in the future for our health and care services. Key to developing the Plan for the Future was getting the views of our colleagues, partners, communities and citizens on what matters to them.

 

The feedback received from both phase one and phase two was analysed along with what we already know about population health needs, local and national policy and other drivers in order to inform the Plan for the Future.
