Keeping active when you are working remotely or at home is important, not only for our physical health, but our mental health too.

When working in front of a screen all day, exercise is a great way to clear the mind, and to help you physically.

You may want to try:

  • A quick walk at lunchtime can break up your day, and give you a boost
  • Walking, jogging and cycling in your own time

Some of us will be spending more time at home working remotely. We may find that we are not being as active as we were. It’s important to keeping moving regularly:
