To help us understand what is important to you when it comes to your health and wellbeing, we wanted to start a conversation with the public, our staff and our partners to find out their views and experiences.
In phase one, we had six important topics we wanted to find out about so we used an online survey and visited a number of staff teams and public groups through virtual meetings to get people's views.
We used the feedback from that to develop the questions we wanted to ask in phase two, where we had 16 focus group discussions to have more of a conversation about the barriers and challenges people faced and suggestions for how we could make things better.
Many people took the time to share their views with us through these activities and it has meant that our final Plan for the Future has been developed with the people of Grampian at its centre.
