You should now call 0345 337 9899. This is charged as a local rate call.  The helpline is open 8.30am-4.30pm.

 

First and foremost, this number is for those who have received an appointment that they wish to rearrange.

 

We apologise unreservedly for the delays and challenges you have experienced during this year's 'flu vaccination programme.

 

We want to reassure those eligible for free immunisation that they will be given an opportunity to get it.

 

Vaccine clinics will continue to run until early December.
