Our telephone lines can be very busy with patients calling in with a clinical issue, so if your query is not urgent, we ask that you contact us using the e-mail address below. A member of our team will normally respond to you within one working day.

Patient Medical Note Requests

For any medical notes requests please contact our Information governance team at gram.rfila@nhs.scot. We are legally obligated to refuse all medical notes requests unless formally requested through our Information Governance Team.

Urine Testing

If you surge Monday to Friday – 8am testing - Please call the nurses phone line (01224 550567) between 8.30am and 9am to report your surge. Your procedure will be scheduled that afternoon.

6pm testing – please call the On Call mobile (07759702711) by 7pm to report your surge. Your procedure will be the following morning.

If you surge on a Saturday or Sunday – 8am testing – Please call the On Call mobile by 9am. Your procedure will be scheduled for either that afternoon or the next morning.

6pm testing – Please call the On Call mobile by 7pm. Your procedure will be scheduled for the following day.

If the number is not answered immediately please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that if you have not called by these times then your cycle will be cancelled as this will not allow sufficient time for us to prepare for your procedure.

Your cycle will also be cancelled if you have not completed consents or made payment with 72hrs of your treatment.
