Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by phoning 01224 564966 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or by completing a request form and handing it to reception, or by posting it to the practice.  Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to be ready.   

The right hand side of prescriptions form is used for two main purposes in addition to listing current repeat prescriptions. Firstly to highlight practice activity such as closures and timings of prescription requests. Secondly to convey specific information about your prescribed medication such as changes in dose or administration instructions and review arrangements.
