Meetings should be booked through the Central Booking System (CBS) that serves the whole UK.

 Please have all your documents and IRAS ready to go on the day of booking your meeting.

Some applications require proportionate review only which does not require your attendance at a meeting if there are no material ethical issues. 

If  your research requires a Full Ethical Review  the HRA advices that you attend the meeting in person or by telephone, you may request a committee  that is based near you.
