Self Management

Supported Self Management does not mean that you are left to your own devices, but that the only person who can learn to live well with your pain is you. There are many resources available to help you to do this and in order to get you started we have listed a few:
- Chronic Pain – Supported Self Help PIL
- Grampian Pain Support Group (GPS)
- Sleep Hygiene
- A Guide to managing pain
- Active with Pain
The more you can do for yourself the better the outcome!
