If you think your service will be required to change the way it is delivered, or if you would just like to find out more about the process, our Service Change Conversations are for you and will cover:
- Understanding what constitutes service change
- Understanding what constitutes major service change
- Understanding the legislation and legal context for service change
- Understanding the engagement process during a service change
- Understanding the business case for engagement during a service change
- Find out about resources and who else can help
