Moray Transformation Programme Board

The Moray Transformation Programme Board (MTPB) has been set up with representation from all stakeholders to develop two local transformation programmes in health and social care:
  • Dr Gray's Hospital Transformation Programme (NHS Grampian)
  • Home First (Health & Social Care Moray)
In addition, during COVID-19, the MTPB will support key decision-making required to develop and maintain service delivery.

Please find below some key information about the MTPB, as well as each transformation programme and how to get involved:

As promised, we are sharing the draft plan for an interim networked model of maternity care at Dr Gray’s Hospital. This has been submitted to Scottish Government today (1 July) and we await their formal review and response.

This has been a complex piece of work, involving a number of key partners. We encourage everyone to read the plan in full for themselves, while remembering it remains in draft, subject to approval or amendment.

We are committed to ongoing dialogue with the Moray community, with our staff, and with key local stakeholders. We are also committed to the delivery of consultant-led care in Elgin and a plan for that will be published by the end of this year.

The draft plan, along with further information on Elective C-Sections and a briefing prepared for Elected Members is available below.
