NHS Grampian Library and Knowledge Services (LKS) provides assistance and support to NHS Grampian staff, students, and partnership employees. There are staff at three sites - Royal Cornhill Hospital, Dr Gray's Hospital and the Medical School Library at Foresterhill. Membership of the libraries is not required to browse the shelves or use networked PCs, but all staff and students are encouraged to become NHS Grampian library members.

NHS Grampian Archives is also part of NHS Grampian's LKS team. They provide a range of services, including research enquiries, assistance and advice on archival records and more. Find out more on their pages.

Our staff can help with literature searching, systematic reviews, referencing advice, and can provide training on a variety of topics. Please don't hesitate to ask if you require any help, or need advice while undertaking any research.

You can access the Library catalogue via the Knowledge Network which provides resources across NHS Scotland. For more information on joining the Library, and how to activate your account, we have a produced an online information pack.

We also have more information on how to book a room within the two main Libraries at Royal Cornhill Hospital and Dr Gray's Hospital.

We also run a regular Book Blether where people talk about books they're currently reading, and make recommendations. For more information on joining, visit our online Book Blether presentation.
