NHS Grampian currently have three pre-application's proceeding to the Public Consultation stage.

• Inverallochy
• Berryden
• Elgin Town Centre

Details of current Notifications of Interest in Grampian are listed below.

• Chapelton of Elsick - 1 notification of interest received on 11/07/24 which expires on 11/01/25
• Newburgh - 1 notification of interest received on 11/07/24 which expires on 11/01/25
• Pitmedden - 1 notification of interest received on 17/05/24 which expires on 17/11/24
• Countesswells - 1 notification of interest received on 24/10/24 which expires on 24/04/25
• Mintlaw - 1 notification of interest received on 04/11/24 which expires on 04/05/25

Notifications of interest will automatically expire 6 months from date of receipt if no action in progressing to the pre-application meeting stage is taken forward. Following any pre-application meeting, potential applicants will then have 5 days to confirm if they wish to proceed. Please note that the 90 day public consultation stage must then begin within 8 weeks.

This is to ensure a fair process is in place for any other notifications of interest in one specific neighbourhood.  The potential applicant will be notified their note of interest has expired at this point and where applicable, anyone on the waiting list for the same neighbourhood will be informed.
