This year’s report reflects on the collective work done together with our partners across the North East to reduce the inequalities that determine poor health, and to help create a healthier, fairer and safer environment. We now need to build on these strong foundations to increase the scale and impact of our activities, shifting the balance from responding to problems to early intervention and prevention so that our population can live more years in good health.
