Getting help and support can be the first step in helping you to work through money worries.  The NHS Grampian Healthpoint team are here to help you.

 

We provide free and confidential advice and support

• We can support you to access an online benefits checker to ensure you are receiving the benefits you are entitled to.  You can either complete the online form, or a Healthpoint Advisor can support you and complete the online form with you.  Once completed, the website provides a list of suggested benefits if appropriate

• Locations of local food banks/pantries and referring you to services where appropriate

• We work in partnership with Home Energy Scotland and can now refer you directly to them.  They will then provide you with energy saving advice and practical support

• Working with Social Security Scotland, we can now advise anyone with a with long term condition on the benefits potentially available to you and signpost you to support to complete the application forms

• Information on cost of living services across Grampian e.g. Citizens Advice Bureau, Council Welfare teams etc
