We wanted to share our congratulations to the team within the Psychological Resilience Hub for this amazing achievement. To date the Hub have supported 3597 public and 896 staff referrals. The Hub continues to offer support for those who have been impacted by the coronavirus in some way. To speak to one of our colleagues please complete the self-referral available at Mental Health and Psychological Wellbeing Support for Staff (nhsgrampian.org). As a thank you for their continuous support to our colleagues over the last year we wanted to share some staff testimonials:

“I feel the service is invaluable, whether during covid or not, to have instant access to support was very helpful at the time, I was feeling like I needed to speak to someone urgently due to my mood.  The help was professional and supportive, and it felt like someone cared at the point that I needed it.”

“A combination of helpful advice & suggestions from The Hub and work/life issues becoming less stressful/beginning to resolve in other ways.”

“I referred myself as I did not feel supported at work and was struggling with all the changes that there constantly are in the middle of covid. I could see my mental health was being affected and I wanted to be proactive and get support needed. I referred myself, was seen quickly and had two telephone calls. The support I got from the hub was really good and helped me at a time when I needed support. I am aware of the support that can be provided and I ensure others are aware of the support that can be provided there and am happy to share I have asked for support and I found it helped me.”

“A colleague used the resilience hub in 2020 and found the support given invaluable. She encouraged me to refer myself when things were getting on top of me.”

“I found the support I got from the Hub invaluable, I was able to return to work after a few weeks.”
