Depending on what they are, our habits will either make us or break us. We become what we repeatedly do.

Q1. Which of your own habits ‘make you’ or are of benefit to you?

Q2. Which habits distract you from what you need to focus on?

Q3. How can you help yourself stick with those that are good for you?

Q4. How might this benefit others?
