Reflections for week 11/10/21

Please continue to book a space if you would like to have a designated time to reflect on your week. Guided journaling is a great exercise which helps us make time for ourselves, look back on our experiences and adjust our present.
We understand that the session times won't always fit with everyone's schedules so we wanted to share last week's reflections for you to use this week.
Even in a city, there is nature all around us but with the days growing shorter and the prospect of more inclement weather, our opportunities to connect with nature change:
Q1. In the coming days and weeks, how might you connect with nature close to where you live or work?
Q2. What difference could a regular connection with nature make for you?
Q3. How can you ensure you make room for this?
Q4. What do you need from the people around you to allow this to happen?
