Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)  

The MBSR course is a weekly mindfulness course that give emphasis to coping mindfully with life’s challenges. MBSR is an 8-week course, each session is two hours long, with each week focusing on a specific theme and attitude. 

A hard copy and/or pdf format manual is provided. 

Kindfulness

The 4-week Kindfulness course offers experiential mindfulness practice and development, but with a focus on compassion and kindness to self and others that supports daily wellbeing and stress management. It introduces some of the mindfulness tools used in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8-week accredited course. Each session is two hours long.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-week course with weekly sessions delivered online on Zoom by the Highland Mindfulness Group and NHS Grampian Facilitators. Attendance at all eight sessions is effectively encouraged to get maximum benefit, so please check your schedule to ensure you are able to attend all the weekly sessions:
