Culture Road Shows
Published: 16/11/2023 11:39We are keen to make you aware of the upcoming Culture Matters Roadshows, scheduled from September 2023 to January 2024. They will be conducted across a number of locations in Grampian in the coming months.
The roadshows aim to increase awareness across NHSG and the HSCPs, in developing values-based cultures that are supportive, inclusive and empowering.
We will be sharing information across varied sites of the organisation on the commitment to culture resource pack, which has evolved from initial discussions and work at the Culture Collaborative. The pack has been developed for colleagues to use locally, recognising this is where culture is - and needs to be - owned, shaped and experienced.
