Moray Wellbeing Hub are excited to bring you details of their upcoming courses for Autumn/ Winter 2023.  Have a look and see if any would be of interest to you and please share with your networks to help us get these out to those who can benefit from these FREE courses across Moray.  
 

Courses to equip people to self-manage start on the 28th of September led by the local community, for the local community. Using quality evidence-based materials from trusted sources including NHS Scotland and principles of peer-support, there is a choice of in-person and online opportunities.

In partnership with NHS Grampian Public Health and Health & Social Care Moray, these friendly group sessions are run by skilled peer trainers. Support to book and attend can be provided through drop-ins, phone or online.

Living Life to the Full - 8 Sessions, Forres starting Thursday 26th October, 5.30pm - 7pm - Face to face

CHIME for wellbeing & SWAP (stay well action planning) 2 Sessions, Elgin, Dunbarney house, Dr Grays, Sunday 12th & 19th November 2023 Time 10:45am- 4:30pm - Face to Face
