Digital Mindset Sessions for Senior Leaders

The Digital Mindset Session for Senior Leaders is designed for directors, associate directors, heads of service, service managers and equivalent roles across health and social care organisations (including social work, housing, charities and the third sector). The session aims to demystify the concept of a digital mindset, helping you to understand how you can approach issues and opportunities through a digital lens and the benefits of doing so. The session will also equip you with a key set of questions to go back and explore with your own departments and teams.
