Leadership, management and people development have a lead responsibility for the development of a competent and sustainable workforce across NHS Grampian. To achieve this goal, we maximise available resources by working collaboratively with all partners in the public and voluntary sectors. We deliver training and consultation services for Managers and their teams and you, as an individual staff member.
