Road closure and restricted access - Road section between radiology building and entrance to IM&T/Foresterhill Lea buildings

The final stage of groundworks, in support of a communication systems upgrading, will commence on Tuesday 24th August and continue until Saturday 28th August.

The roadway, from the Radiology building to the Westburn Road exit, will be closed to all traffic.

Traffic coming into the campus from Westburn Road and travelling up in the direction of the Radiology building will be unaffected.

Pedestrians will be required to detour around to the front on the IM&T building, taking the stairs up to the road adjacent to Aberdeen Maternity Hospital.

Vehicle traffic visiting the COVID-19 test centre will be required to access the centre via the Westburn Road entrance only and depart via the Facilities and Estates building car park.
