Grow Well Choices Early Years

Grow Well Choices LogoThrough Grow Well Choices Early Years (GWC EY) children will learn about the importance of being healthy and making healthy choices. GWC EY has been developed by NHS Grampian and education partners.

On this page, you will find links to the various resources which you will be able to download and print. Following the introduction of the Eatwell Guide, some of the documents belows have been changed:

The resources are all available in Adobe PDF. Adobe Reader is needed to be able to view these and can be downloaded free of charge from get.adobe.com/uk/reader

Resources 

If you require equipment for running GWC EY, you can borrow an equipment box with everything you need from:

Aberdeen City - The Curriculum Resources & Information Service (CRIS).  This will require ELC staff to have a membership. Information on CRIS and membership is available here:

Aberdeenshire - Resources Request App - Request App (This is only accessible by staff that work for Aberdeenshire Council and have an aberdeenshire.gov.uk email).
